About Me

How I started My Company

I got my start in real estate after graduating from @uncchapelhill in 1998.

Through time, my career kept thriving. I worked in corporate America for 14 years and experienced tremendous success.

In 2017, I decided to go into real estate full time. My success has been astounding. I’ve reached almost $88 million in sales volume since 2017, with closing $28 million of it in 2022 — all of this without any assistant or assistance.

In late 2022, I decided to start The Company Realty Group.

I’ve managed to face difficult situations and find a way to move forward more quickly.

At the end of the day, it means the world to me when someone says, ‘Thank you for helping me,’ or ‘Thank you for helping my family’ — it feels so good.

Kendall loves helping families find homes in the place she has called home for so many years. Originally trained as a CPA, Kendall developed a deep understanding of investments and financial markets.
